How on earth do you pull off coordinating a mutli-cultural, multi-country event and include that diverse audience? It’s hard enough to plan and produce an event or webinar when everyone is in the same general area, or time zone!
What’s the best time for everyone? How do we coordinate all this and retain the audience we need to serve? What platform will do all we need it to?
Then add in the extra variable of states in the US that change time twice a year and it looks like one of those crime scenes you see in movies with all the images connected by string across the room.
The Webinar Team found days where our management of time zones, times and dates involved a list not unlike this screenshot.
In 2021, we managed, hosted or held events of some type in Egypt, USA, Singapore, England, Canada, Qatar, India, Oman and more. We are used to doing the hard work to coordinate events often using as many as ten different software programs and we have used multiple event platforms for a single event.
We’ve also had multiple staff assigned various components so we align what we’re doing to produce an awesome webinar for you!
